Terms of service

By using ClaimBoard HQ you agree to the basic rules below. We’ll post a full lawyer-reviewed agreement before public launch; this page is the short version.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your password safe.
• One person per account. Don’t share login credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for anything illegal or to harass others.

Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro, Club) bill monthly via Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing page; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Data

Your team’s data is yours. You can export or delete it at any time. See our privacy notice for details on how we handle it.

Service

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee zero downtime. We may change features over time; we’ll give notice before removing anything you actively use.
