Do paddlers need to pay to use the app?
No. Paddlers always join and claim seats for free. Plans are billed to the crew manager or club admin.
How does the waitlist work?
When a practice or race is full, paddlers join a waitlist. The moment someone cancels, the next paddler is promoted automatically and notified by email — no manual juggling.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or move between Pro and Club at any time from your billing settings. Changes are prorated automatically.
How do you handle payments?
All billing runs through Stripe — we never store card numbers. Your plan is a simple monthly subscription you can change or cancel anytime.
